NEW ZEALAND

We offer free shipping on New Zealand orders over $200AUD. This option ships with regular post with an expected delivery of 6-10 business days once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 5 business days to process your order before it dispatches. All New Zealand orders under $200AUD will have a shipping rate of AUD $15 for DHL International Standard Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

FREE SHIPPING OVER $200AUD

We offer free standard shipping on International orders over $200AUD. All International orders under $200AUD will have a flat rate shipping of $15AUD for DHL Standard Shipping.

We ship all international orders with the fully trackable DHL international standard shipping service.

Please provide a street address, as DHL does not ship to PO boxes.

Processing time for international orders are within 1-5 business days. Delivery times from dispatch varies depending on the destination Country's shipping zone. 

This service has an expected delivery of no later than 6-10 business days, and requires a signature upon delivery. For exact delivery times, please refer to your shipping zone below.

TRY WITH MIRRA

Customer are responsible for the initial shipping fees that is required to have the order sent to them if they wish to complete their purchase, once they have received the items. After the order has been completed and a payment has been made for the items the customer wants to keep from their order, a $10AUD restock fee will apply if all items of the order is returned. We will provide a free return label to all customers that have completed their order via Try with Mirra and wish to return items back. 

Try with Mirra service is not available for prescription lenses.

PLEASE NOTE -   Some countries may charge import duties or other local charges. This is a local government charge and we have no control over this. It is your responsibility to pay for any of these fees. If you wish to refuse your delivery, you will still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to Saintly Australia Pty Ltd. The amount will be deducted from your refund. If the fees exceed the amount of your order including shipping costs, the parcel will be destroyed and you will not be refunded.
